2SC3357 is an ultra-high frequency low noise power transistor with planar NPN silicon epitaxial bipolar process. With high power gain, low noise coefficient, large dynamic range and ideal current characteristics, the package is packaged in SOT-89 patch type. It is mainly used in VHF, UHF and CATV high frequency broadband low noise amplifier.
